| 指南制订的目的： | 为了给食管癌寡转移放射治疗临床实践提供参考及学术性指导意见，组织专家委员会（中国医师协会放射肿瘤治疗医师分会，中华医学会放射肿瘤治疗学分会，中国抗癌协会肿瘤放射治疗专业委员会，中国肿瘤放射治疗联盟食管癌专家委员会）专家组成员，综合近年来食管癌寡转移研究的数据，参考国内外相关文献，制定食管癌寡转移放射治疗专家共识以指导临床实践。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | In order to provide reference and academic guidance for the clinical practice of radiotherapy for patients with oligometastatic esophageal cancer, the expert committee (Radiation Oncology Treatment Physician Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association; Branch of Radiation Oncology Therapy, Chinese Medical Association; Professional Committee of Radiotherapy for Cancer, Chinese Anti-cancer Association; Expert Committee of Esophageal Cancer, Chinese Cancer Radiotherapy Alliance) was organized to comprehensively summarize the data of research in oligometastatic esophageal cancer in recent years, refer to relevant domestic and foreign literature, and formulate an expert consensus on radiotherapy for patients with oligometastatic esophageal cancer to guide clinical practice. |
